Multi-Level Classes
Strengthen & Lengthen- This style of yoga is great for building strength through both rhythmic movements and static holds. Hold times, intensity and speed vary between different times of day, weather, instructor, etc...
After warming the muscles up and building strength, we will hold deep stretch poses to create that lean, long muscle tone. A well balanced class.
Slow Burn- In this challenging class, we hold strengthening yoga poses for longer than a traditional vinyasa flow class. Like in vinyasa, we flow from one pose to the next and by holding these poses we dive deeper into the alignment aspects of the asanas which encourages students to assemble poses to suite their intentions. This is our most strengthening class.
Seasoned yogi’s love this class. If you are newer to yoga, definitely challenge yourself but please be aware of your strengths and limitations. Listen to the many options offered and choose the one that best suites you.
Instructors will guide you in using props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps) to assist students in assembling poses that challenge yet honor the body, while keeping students safe. Remember, using props is not any sign of an inadequate practice. It's actually a sign that someone is in tune with their body.
(WARM)- If you see this next to a class it means that the room is heated. It is not Bikram 110 degrees hot. The room is heated between 75-85 degrees to assist in removing toxins from the body and inflaming muscles for a detoxing practice.
ARRIVE 5-15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF ALL CLASS TIMES. To enable proper checkin, set up, for safety purposes, and out of respect to the time restraints of all students, doors will be locked and classes will begin promptly at the start of class time. This will allow instructors to begin & end all classes on time, providing y'all with the most out of your practice.
Optional Meditation- At the end of some classes the instructor will offer an optional 15 or 30 minute meditation. An instructor will walk students through different meditation styles where one can embrace the power of stillness and breath.

Yin Yoga- Many of our instructors have trained with Douglas Johnson, thus we offer "true" Yin Yoga. Doug would describe Yin yoga in the following way. "Yin yoga brings beneficial, theraputic stress to the connective tissues and joints of the body. Yin is 'joint yoga' or 'exercise' for your joints and connective tissue. It is a functional approach to asana practice. It is a form of self massage. It is needles acupuncture."- Douglas Johnson
If you are looking for a deep stretch, this is the class for you. Yin Yoga pairs well with the more aggressive Yang, flowy classes as well as aggressive, athletic workouts. Poses are held between 3-5+ minutes to bypass the muscles and get deep into the fascia/connective tissue. It is often said that our issues lie in our tissues. Perfect for both the athlete and spiritual seeker alike.
"Yin is the stable, unmoving, hidden aspects of things, while Yang is the moving, changing, revealing aspect of things. Theses two aspects always coexist; we are never aware of one without the other. Thoughts, stones, horses, life, the body- anything we are conscious of- can be described in terms of Yin and Yang." - Paul Grilley Founder of Yin Yoga
Foundational Flow-This class is for beginners and experienced students alike. We will learn the fundamentals of alignments and technique in forward folds, backwards bends, twists, balancing and inversions. Lean how to gain focus, flexibility, strength and balance while properly aligning your body in fundamental yoga poses.
Come to a safe knowledge and supportive environment to establish or depend your practice of basic yoga principles that you may apply in all yoga classes.
Instructors will guide you in using props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps) to assist students in assembling poses that challenge yet honor the body, while keeping students safe. Remember, using props is not any sign of an inadequate practice. It's actually a sign that someone is in tune with their body.

Little Yogis
Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, incessant lessons, video games, malls, and competitive sports. We usually don’t think of these influences as stressful for our kids, but often they are.

Private & Semi-Private Yoga Lessons-Deepen your practice, gain confidence, and receive guidance from a teacher to develop a practice tailored to your individual needs. Personal instruction is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience.
Personal, private yoga lessons are the best way to address your goals and work on areas of individual interest. You can work with the teacher of your choice or we can match a teacher to meet your expressed needs. We encourage ongoing personal yoga instruction outside of the classroom setting to maximize the benefits of yoga.
Personal instruction allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition. When you work with a teacher one on one, the teacher is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.
Reiki Healing Session-With a blend of shamanistic style Reiki energy and intuitive abilities, our Reiki Healer will assist you on your path to improving health, stress reduction and relaxation, healthier relationships, and finding inner peace and acceptance.
What is Reiki?Rei= Higher PowerKi= Life Force Energy
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique based on the principle that a therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. If one's energy is low or stagnant, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
*Essential oils and/or crystal therapy may be used to assist in healing, balancing the chakras, and removing blockages from the body.
Thai Yoga Bodywork Spa Sessions-
Thai Yoga Bodywork gives the benefits of massage, yoga, and energy work in one nurturing dance.
Traditionally given on a floor mat with clients fully clothed, Thai bodywork is a whole-body treatment. It combines passive stretching and movement of joints with several touch techniques and work along energy meridians (called sen in Thai).
The whole treatment is a graceful, nurturing, interactive dance that is sensitive to the condition of each person.
The effect of Thai Massage is greater flexibility, flow of energy, deep relaxation, and feeling of well being.
Organic Digestive Bodywork Treatment- This organic digestion bodywork treatment has as the ultimate goal to help a person heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When we don’t process emotions, they get stored in the abdominal area. It is considered in traditional systems of medicine such as Ayurveda and Thai Yoga Bodywork that many illnesses arise from unprocessed emotions.
We start by practicing Thai Yoga Bodywork techniques to target the legs, lower back and kidneys. We then practice hara waves and other techniques to massage the intestines and help stimulate sluggish digestion and eliminates constipation. The massage also goes deep into the viscera and into the muscles, especially the psoas muscle, which helps with backache and strengthening the spinal area. It can also help to alleviate pain associated with menstrual cramps and menopause.
Next, we use warm towels, detoxing mud, moisturizing honey and other organic household products directly on the stomach that is then transferred through the pores and into the bloodstream to aid in elimination.
This treatment is key during and after any fast, detox or cleanse. Let us encourage your body to heal you from the inside out.
